Card: The
District now accepts payments via Debit/Credit Card or
E-Check. To make a payment by using your Debit/Credit Card or E-Check, click on the word
"Payments" located on the left side of this page.
Office Hours:
District hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
During non-business hours, calls to Thermalito Water and Sewer District
main number (530) 533-0740 are answered by a 24-hour answering service.
Emergency calls are dispatched immediately 24- hours a day.
Board Meetings:
District Board Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at
2:00 p.m. The meetings are located at the District Office, 410
Grand Avenue in Oroville. Please see the
Agendas & Minutes page.
